The staff at Andy’s were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and did not pressure for an up sale of services. Thank you I appreciate the professional service. I have a couple of constructive comments about the car. One tire on the vehicle was very low on air requiring me to find a service station and air up the tire. The other 3 were also low. The wipers blades shot. These are basic safety and convenience items that are being ignored. This is unacceptab

Car was in very poor condition. Got stuck and car had to be replaced. Staff were prompt in addressing our concerns but we still had to spend 2 hours to resolve the issue.

Picked up the car at the east end location. The young lady working there (I believe her name was Darcia) was very helpful and kind. I had to go back and change my reservation and she made it a very painless process. Thank you to Andy's and Darcia!
