Picked up the car at the east end location. The young lady working there (I believe her name was Darcia) was very helpful and kind. I had to go back and change my reservation and she made it a very painless process. Thank you to Andy's and Darcia!

We had some battery issues with the first car we picked up. We were very impressed with the support from Andy’s. As quickly as possible they sent help. Unfortunately the problem recurred. Again they responded with all possible speed and sent a replacement car.
