Booked vehicle for a week, contract was written for only 5 days. Upon return I was told it's overdue. I was then charged additionally. The vehicle also smelled like something was rotten inside it. It also had over 84,000 miles on it. Aside from that the vehicle did perform as expected.

The rate was great- people were nice. However we wanted a jeep for the experience of driving with the top off around this tropical Paradise. The Jeep we rented was beat up, the top was not able to be taken off and the breaks were so worn out we were afraid they would fail. If we were going to keep the top on we would have chosen a suv with good a/c! We traded it at end of week for a jeep in great condition and the kids were finally able to drive in a "convertible" around the island.

We made a reservation and it still took too long at the counter to get the car and paperwork done. Girls are pleasant but acted like we were not prepared and we were. The inside of the car was below par in the cleanliness department and the airconditioning was slow
