I rented twice within a week, the first experience applies to this survey - which was 100% the first time. The 2nd experience was HORRIBLE - car and service. I do not know if I will get the opportunity to respond to a 2nd survey however.
Van was in poor condition. Very worn out. Check in attendant agreed and gave me a discount based upon the van's condition. That was a fair way to deal with a subpar vehicle.
We have always rented from Andys except one year we went with "the other guys"....boy did we regret it! Andys is convenient, prompt and give great value for money...THE BEST ON THE ISLAND! Thank you!

The only place I would rent while in Grand Cayman. Five-star experience.

Expected a newer car with right hand drive. Got an older Mustang with a "low tire pressure" light coming off and on.
Car we were originally given did not meet our satisfaction. A couple of days later we were given
another car which did meet our satisfaction. The the first car was an older car with several dents, etc.
My wife said the interior had an offensive odor for some reason. Our complaint was dealt with satisfactorially,
and I would rent from Andy's again. I have been satisfied with their service for several previous years.
