The vehicle was clean but old. Newer and better quality vehicles of the same type seemed to have been available at the time of pickup but for some reason I seemed to have been given one of the oldest vehicles on the lot.
The car we rented wasn't suitable for rental. The brakes squeaked, the interior and exterior were not kept up AT ALL.
The staff on pick up was adequate but a bit curt and not friendly. The lady present for drop off was very nice and efficient.
The car had a lot of miles with a fan belt problem as it was screeching loudly. We returned it for another that had poor A/C. On the third try we got a different model with lower miles and were satisfied. We rent from Andy's every trip to Cayman and they always take care of us.

Booked vehicle for a week, contract was written for only 5 days. Upon return I was told it's overdue. I was then charged additionally. The vehicle also smelled like something was rotten inside it. It also had over 84,000 miles on it. Aside from that the vehicle did perform as expected.
