Have used Andy's several times and the cars have always been in good operating condition and seemed well maintained. I would like them to have right hand drive cars available since Cayman is a left lane drive island - seems there are only left hand drive American type cars when I ask. Would make driving on the island much easier (not to mention MUCH safer).
Little too slow moving on the arrival portion. Had to wait almost an hour to get paperwork and the car ready. After a 12 hour travel day, it was a bit frustrating. But the departure was smooth, easy and quick. Your guy even gave us a ride over to the terminal...thank you!
An overall very positive customer experience. The car ran really well and was perfect for us, except it had a few dents and scratches. I would rent there again for sure.

Would definitely rent from Andy's next vacation to Cayman. Than you for dropping me off at the airport with my rental car so I did not have to deal with my luggage. Being a solo traveler, this was a great convenience.
We always rent from Andys. Your staff is great and we have used you at least 15 years. The car we rented this time was pretty beat up, but functioned well.
Pick up was very slow only one person working and she spent over 30 minutes helping a long term rental customer. The employee yelled back for help 4 times before some one came to assist me who was next in line. There appeared to be 4 additional renters waiting in line for service. Curious there weren't more clerks as I had previously confirmed the arrival time. Just seemed like poor customer service. On the other hand they did let me and my travel companion use their restroom appreciated
We rented a car while staying at condos with 11 people. It was invaluable in shuttling people and running errands etc. The car was more than adequate and service from Andy's was very good.
Gas tank was not full when checked out but I didn't go back to complain. Washer fluid was only good for 3 uses then basically ran out.
