We booked a minivan, but got an older 9 passenger van. We paid for extra insurance (full coverage D) for the peace of mind.

Been an Andy’s customer for more than 20 yrs. I rent from Andy’s each year because the price is right and I know I will get good service on both the pick up & return. This year I was in and out within 10 min on pickup and 5 min on the return. The service was excellent as always. I will return to Andy’s when I come in May I was disappointed when I tried to add a driver at the Morritts office (1/9/25). The employee was late arriving to work and then was on a smoke/lunch break at 1

I reserved a vehicle in September and when we got there it was not available. This seems to always be the case. Then they wanted to upcharge me for their mistake. Not happy to say the lease. Apparently a reservation doesn't mean a lot with thus company...

I asked for a right-hand drive car but was provided a left-hand drivd car. Also, tires were very low on air. Rental office should have an air compressor available.
