ive spent time on Grand Cayman 7 times. The very first time we rented a keep from Avis at the Westin, just not knowing any better. Two days rental cost with Avis is consistently as much as a 5 day rental for a compact w/ Andy's. We've never rented from anyone else other than Andy's ever since. Even with rates significantly higher for just about everything on island the week of Christmas, our most recent 5 day rental was still about 1/2 of what we would have blindly paid elsewhere. Rented a Jeep Wrangler and was told not available, so agency prepared paperwork for another car. They then told me that car was not available due to an issue. They then tried to give me an even smaller vehicle for my family and I. It wasn't my fault that their cars hadn't been checked in properly but yet they made it seem like it was. There was another similar vehicle to the 2nd one present on site but I was told that that was reserved. I had made my reservation too! Crappy customer service.

They battery in the key was dead so it did not remotely open the car which was a bit of a pain. Otherwise, the car was great. Thanks for contributing to a great vacation!

Vehicle and price were great. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was that we spent nearly 2 hours there getting checked in and getting the car. Very difficult waiting with a large family.

We have now rented from Andys 6 times and will continue to do every stay!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we have asked for right sided driver every year and you accommodate us!
