I had reserved a van seven months in advance and was told when I arrived there were no vans available and instead they wanted to give me two cars. That was not acceptable as I was the only driver. The lady at the counter who initially assisted me was no help at all. The manager then worked with me and got me the van. The van was in HORRIBLE condition. The AC did not work consistently, torn seats, etc. Marc at 7MB location was exceptional! He got us a replacement newer van two days later.

We have used Andy's for many years when we visit the Cayman Islands. "The employees are helpful and friendly. Once, when we had a car with mechanical problems, they delivered us a new car with no complications.
