Have been coming to Grand Cayman since 1997 and we always rent from Andy's.. Very convenient location at the airport and good selection of vehicles to meet our needs of how many on in our group.
Everything fine as usual. Checkout took longer than anticipated

Only issue was Ac side vents ok but center one not working
after 2 days the car wouldn't start so we had to take a cab. The next day they brought us another similar car and agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the taxi. I was very pleased with your service in this matter.
love convenience at airport
The compact car I rented felt a little under-powered and braking could be an issue after going through large puddles (of which there were many during my trip). This is probably not the fault of the agency, but it might determine my choice of car type the next time (e.g. get a full-size). This said, the car was perfectly adequate for most of the driving I did. Since people drive on the left in Cayman, a "request right-hand drive" option on the reservation page might be interesting for Andy's.
Booked car online and price did not change. No extra charges or hidden fees.
