Car was not in good shape. Car was clean, however, key fob was unreliable windshield wipers in bad need of replacing, fan belt was very squeaky.

Had a flat tire. Tires were in awful condition. Not enough tools available to change the flat. Was on the East End. Waited over 2 hours for someone to come swap out the vehicle (in the dark). No discount given on the rental. Frustrated with that experience.
