Hello! We are loyal Andy’s customers and received great service as always. The car we get this time was very old and in pretty poor shape. The air conditioning did not work very well. It was not bad enough to go through the annoyance of trying to swap it, but pretty bad! Just something to consider. We will absolutely be back, though, as that was an anomaly for us.

Vehicle was not a mid size suv, it was more of a 3 row van. Car was in absolutely awful condition, dirty, and poorly maintained. Staff was no where to be found when we arrived and very uninterested in having to help us or the others waiting when she did arrive. She appeared to be working alone as well. At the time of return the staff was again completely uninterested in helping and acted like we were a bother to them for being there. We will definitely not return next year.

We have rented from Andy in the past, it has always been a great experience. The car we rented fit our families needs however some features of the car did not work such as the door locks, other than that it suited us great.
