Car was a bit banged up both inside and out. Functioned fine, but it probably wouldn't be an attractive car for someone who cared about that.

The infotainment system touch screen didn't work on the car which made connecting phones for navigation and music difficult but other than that it was great.

Vehicle was very well used. It did the job but was dirty from years of use. Given the price though it served our purpose and would rent from them again. The staff was nice.

The car we received was an older car which caused some inconveniences. As an older car, the A/C took a while to cool the car. On longer rides the A/C was sufficient but the majority of our rides we're 15 minutes or less, which was not enough time to cool the car. My young daughter constantly mentioned it was hot in the back and she could not feel the A/C. Also, the rear view mirror would slowly lower it's position. I had to constantly re-adjust the mirror everytime I got into the car.
