I realize that things move slower on any Island including Grand Cayman and I love Grand Cayman. I have been coming to GCM for more than 20 years and I was disappointed in the time it took to get my car and the quality of the car that was supposed to be a mid size car. I will be back in March and hope the experience is better.

I found the location of the rental office to be convenient and the facilities were well maintained. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful -offering me a discount at a local tourist attraction and maps to get around.

We flew in on New Years Day and arrived at the rental office to find that the office had closed early. There was a note saying to take a taxi. We were staying on the East End and it cost us $115 that night in cash. Thankfully, we had taken more than enough cash. From there, our experience got much more positive. They delivered the car to an office on the East End within walking distance for us. They did credit our bill for the $115 taxi drive.
