Rate was much more than other agency. Returned vehicle 5 days early. Got same van (that was newer and in much better shape) for 3 weeks for what we were going to pay for one week at Andys. Van was old with mechanical issues. Eg steering wheel plastic was crumbling under my hands. Very difficult to get it into gear and stay in gear. Rear seat would not stay locked in floor. Loose steering. I told staff of the issues we found at drop off. Won't recommend Andy's.

The initial vehicle was too small, but they had a replacement, at the same rate, that was a perfect size for us. Very courteous staff!

when I rent a car I expect a new or nearly new car. The first car had its paint faded to the point you were looking at the white undercoating underneath. I refused it and the second one was better but still very faded looking. The interior was no better. The price was in line with the high season, which means very high

The vehicle was in pristine condition and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The rental rate was very high but it seems that is the norm for Grand Cayman. The rate was competitive or better than other rental companies on the island.

The first van that they went to get had a dead battery so they pulled around in a van that literally should have been in the junk yard. After some words with the associate she got another van that was not much better I had to spend part of the next day of my vacation going to Andys in town to get another van that was not going to leave us walking.
