Our 3rd rental from Andy's so we knew the cars are not the low mileage models that you would expect elsewhere but it's still disappointing. I also never liked the fact that Andy's puts their stickers all over the car. With the Andy's used car look, I'd rather blend in with other cars on the road. With the stickers, I feel like I'm wearing a target. Took an hour to pickup the car which had been reserved for months prior to arriving - lots of paperwork that should have already been in the system.

Andy's car rental went above my expectations. Service was fast and efficient. Car mirror had small issue at pickup and was fixed within 5 minutes. I did not feel that was a delay( it could have been hours at another place). Car was clean and ran smooth. Drop off at end of trip was less than 5 minutes. I have used Andy's in the past and would highly recommend! They are also conveniently located with cool air conditioned, clean facility.

Been renting from Andy's for approximately 20 years. For the past 15 years about 4 - 6 times a years. Never went anywhere else. We own a condo on SMB, and have encouraged our renters to rent from Andy's. You are local, and we like to support local business. 3 of our last 4 cars have broken down. Guys came our rescue quickly, but breaking down is a hassle. The last two times we ordered the 9 seat van, both times started out with major ant problem. The replacement this time was a wreck.

Staff was on "Island time." Car had seen better days. The key fob was non-functional. The drivers seat would not adjust and the car had seen better days. Positives - air conditioning worked great, it started every time, and it got us from point A to B without problems.

Good customer service. Just needed something very basic to get around for a couple days. Vehicle may have disappointed others, as antenna on top was broken off, radio did not come in clear, windshield wiper had come off their metal holder and plastic piece was missing behind emergency brake - all that really did not matter to me - but hopefully this in not indicative of how Andy's regularly maintains its fleet. Courtesy drop off with bags to airport was certainly appreciated.

Staff at Seven Mile Beach location was helpful and pleasant. Happy with the car provided. Pick up occurred on 7/30, drop off 8/5/2017

The check-in process was extremely slow and could be greatly improved with some updates to Andy's technology. Too much paperwork processing for customers even with prior reservations caused over a 30-minute wait for just 3 or 4 people ahead of us.
