Fabulous folks! We have used Andy's for many years, and this time our first car wasn't satisfactory (too big!!) They exchanged it with no question. When we discovered our wiper blades needed to be replaced, they did so in a heart-beat. Always friendly, always professional. Easier spot on Grand Cayman than some of the other folks at the airport. I would highly recommend!
The wait for both getting your car and checking in is extremely slow...condition of car was poor exterior wise but mechanically functioned ok.

I have rented from Andy's rent a car on Grand Cayman several times and have been satisfied every time. We don't look for luxury when we rent and although the vehicles have signs of wear, Andy's has always filled our needs well. I will continue to rent from Andy's in the future.
Friendly staff. Good price and car was clean.
Radio didn't work. Remote car opener didn't work properly, apparently battery was very weak as it took at least 5 times each time I wanted to lock and unlock the vehicle.

The car we were originally allocated was left hand drive but Grand Cayman drives on the left (like UK where we are from) so we asked for a right hand drive.Then told none available but miraculously found one. We took this car but it wasn't in particularly good condition but it survived the 4 weeks we rented it for. Also they weren't particularly keen to accept my worldwide insurance for car hire but did eventually - i guess a lot of profit is made from these short term insurance deals?
Can't say enough good about Andys. We are on Cayman numerous times a year and will always use Andys!
