Loved this agency
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions promptly
Reservation was for 7 of us and the vehicle provided would not fit that comfortably at all. They quickly turned around and cleaned a larger minivan for us. All in all satisfied and would rent again.
Car had 45,000 miles; squeaked terribly everytime you accelerated; was completely beat up on inside and out. Not one of our better rentals from Andy's who we have used many times before.
Waited for over 2 hours to get the car. Did not get the car we reserved even though we had reserved it months in advance.
5 th time rentinting from Andy's car rental.Becky was excellent again.Keep up with the great work.

1 hour and 30 minutes to pick up a reservation is way to long. They were understaffed on their biggest day of the Saturday.
