The staff was prompt to switch the car from a LHD to a RHD, overall good service however the cars are aged (both cars I got were over 80,000 miles). I’d definitely rent again from Andy’s.

Waiting time for 1 person to get car in front of me took longer than usual. To get my Rental took longer than usual. I’m confused with Fox & Andy’s Rental in same office. Guy who signed me up had Fox in his shirt. Windshield wipers were shot. Mentioned this at car rental. No attempt to replace them. It poured rain & I had to drive to airport. At times I couldn’t see with wipers on high.

The group ahead of us took AGES to sort out what they wanted and as there was only one person serving, we had a long wait. Other than that, very happy with the rental.

I would only recommend the airport office as Beck was awesome. I made my reservation for SMB office and I arrived there 4:54 only to see the door closed I knocked and knocked and no one responded. They only came out a few mins later because it was time to leave and when I asked why they closed earlier a black girl said it's 5:00 very rudely. I told her I was here 6 mind to 5:00 and she basically insinuated that I lie. I was told to go back to the airport where I just came from.. Becky serbed me
