We have been renting here for years, but their process is in the dark ages. Even though we enter all information on-line, their process requires a lengthy input of data each time (usually taking 15-20 minutes). This causes lines to back up as flights come in. It is a mystery to us (and other customers) that they can't work off the data entered by us on-line, confirm that everything is accurate and print out a contract. Should take about 5 minutes. Every other rental car company can!
Agency was obliging with the complications of my rental and met my special requests at every occasion as they arose. I could not have been better pleased.

Had some issues with the doors on the H1 Van. Nothing major but worth noting.
I normally rent with another company in cayman but liked your service. Didn’t like opening the door with a key, the car was very basic, haven’t seen anything like that in decades.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Location of building and parking lot is much more user friendly than the other rental options at the airport.
Did not appreciate extra deposit for loss of licence plates as well as numerous extra charges
Had to wait 45 minutes to pick up the car, 8 people in the queue and only 1 person working behind the desk. Indicators in car did not work properly, central locking didn't always work either.
Andy’s 7MB was an easy, clean, fast experience. Will rent here vs. “big box” rental companies at the airport (with very long wait lines) in the coming years as we return to Cayman!
The agent told us that an extra driver was just $5, so we did that, but she failed to tell us it was $5 PER DAY....very unhappy!
