We had a mechanical issue and the east end location swapped out our car in 15 minutes. Great service.
We had to return the first car after one day because the car was infested with ants. They were blowing at us from within the air conditioner. We returned the car and they gave to us another car that was not very clean and still had the rental papers in it with confidential information from the prior driver. Although the staff is very pleasant, no apologies or concessions were given about the ants...just excuses.

Pick up took less than 10 minutes and drop off was a snap. Fastest processing I have had in 11 years of using Andy’s!

We have been renting here for years, but their process is in the dark ages. Even though we enter all information on-line, their process requires a lengthy input of data each time (usually taking 15-20 minutes). This causes lines to back up as flights come in. It is a mystery to us (and other customers) that they can't work off the data entered by us on-line, confirm that everything is accurate and print out a contract. Should take about 5 minutes. Every other rental car company can!
