Car was like new & ran well.
Andy’s is a consistently good car rental agency. We have tried other rentals in Grand Cayman- but Andy’s is simply the best.
We rented a 9 passenger van from Andy’s. The van was old, had poor working AC and the seats were dirty. The van also had very poor throttle and brake response so we drove extremely slow everywhere to be safe. It also had a strong gasoline smell every time I stepped out of the vehicle.
They were very nice an the car we ordered wouldn’t fit all our luggage so they scrambled for one that would accommodate an upgraded us! We dealt with several of the employees picking up and returning an every one was very pleasant!
The car was fine but it needed new wiper blades and had too many other invoices in the glove compartment. It ran fine.
Everything was great! As always with Andy’s!
Andy's was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised to find Andy's open at 7:00am Saturday morning with staff there ready to complete the return of the rental car. We thought we were going to have to go check in for our flight and then come back to Andy's after 8:00am (the posted time when the location opens). Great customer service!

Service and value was very good but I question the safety and integrity of the car we rented.
The cars tires had little threat and we hydroplane a number of times.
The car failed to accelerate when gas pressure was applied.
We almost got hit due to the car NOT accelerating well. Very disappointed customer !!!!
Safety comes first !!
