I thought I selected an SUV and got what was more akin to a mini-van. We didn't drive much at all, so it wasn't a big deal, but just one little noticeable thing.

Battery on our rental car died across the street from Andy's office in East End Grand Cayman at 10:00 am. Office sign - hours 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Office locked, no one in sight. We got a jump and called from our resort for a replacement vehicle, which took over 4 hours to arrive. We requested a credit for the day, Shane said he knew nothing about it, although I sent him an email the previous day giving him my name, car license number, room number to deliver car. Will never rent from them again
