We have rented from Andy's for 15 years and have never been disappointed. I have also recommended them many times.
The first car we were shown had poor suspension and made a rubbing noise. We were upgraded to an SUV but it was not very clean and a lot of damabe.
Given we rented for 10 days, the car should have been in better condition or cleaner.

When stopping the car's brakes made a rubbing sound which indicates bad brakes. This is the second vehicle I rented from Andy's that had bad brakes. Andy's needs to better inspect their vehicles prior to renting them. Bad brakes can be fatal.
The car had terrible windshield wipers and a greasy film on the windshield. I could not get the windshield clean and it was very difficult to see especially at night which made driving this vehicle very hazardous.
The car had bad brakes. They made an awful grinding sound when stopping. I notified Andy's and they said they would look at them. I would think that a thorough check of the cars would be made prior to allowing a vehicle to be rented.
