Very good experience with Andy's. Have been renting with Andy's for 19 years.
Good value
I received a very old vehicles that was in an accident and badly repaired. It had 100,000 miles on the odometer and made bad noises when driving. When I complained that this vehicle was not satisfactory, they said that this was all that they had left and I was welcomed to drive to their other location to check if they have other vehicles in stock, which was unlikely.

We have used Andy's for our annual Cayman trip for nearly 20 years. They used to have the best cars and the best prices. Last year was bad and this year was horrible. It took over an hour to get checked out. For most of the time, there was only a trainee working the counter. The car was dirty. The interior lights didn't work. The radio didn't work (the antenna had been broken off.) We had the same problem when we checked in the car, no one at the return desk. We won't be using Andy's any more.
Everything grand except for extremely surly counter service - this is an issue with Caymanian business as a whole. There is no effort to come across as friendly or to go above and beyond (unless you are dealing with non-Caymanian staff). As a customer, Caymanian customer-facing staff are the worst I have experienced anywhere in the world - they give the distinct impression that you are a burden on their time and that you should be grateful that they are willing even to speak with you.
I always have a great experience renting from Andy’s!
The check in experience is very slow. It would be great if all of our information was saved on file when we checked in since we rent every year. It’s usually 20-30 minutes to check in and with other rental car groups it’s 10 mins or less.
