Vehicle would get a great rating if the remote for the doors worked. Small thing but every time you want to open the hatch you have to go to the drivers door to open it with a key and go back to the drivers door to lock the car.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the car was pretty bare-bones and needed oil. Would continue to rent from Andy's and recommend it, but will check the car more closely next time.

Because I new I would have 8 pieces of luggage plus 6 people I needed the largest van you have and that is what I rented. When no van was available they gave me 2 tiny cars. We barely fits things in and were crowded for the entire week. It was completely unacceptable and I'm still quite upset. Traveling with family of 5 and vehicle I reserved 6 weeks prior not available (9 passenger reserved and no 7 passengers available). I was in line hearing this as other customers were having same issue and seemingly no cars available. My resort being 45 minutes away presented a significant problem for us and luckily another rental agency was able to come through for me (of course costing me a lot more than I reserved for). Not a great way to start a vacation.
