They were unable to pick me up or drop me off as promised. I had to take a taxi both ways to make the rental happen.

I have always rented from Andy's when on Grand Cayman. The cars I rent seem to get smaller and smaller. I thought I rented a bit larger vehicle, but am not going to change. The price quoted was the same and I fit all of my stuff in there so I just went with it.

During the rental period I was involved in and RTA, truck reversed into me. The staff were courteous & helpful. Then organised a replacement vehicle quickly and without drama!

When we got out of the car @ Rum Point to explore the vehicle would not start when we returned. Battery was dead- Staff sent a replacement vehicle over within an hour or two. All was well after that!!! Thanks for good cell phone reception!
