Because I new I would have 8 pieces of luggage plus 6 people I needed the largest van you have and that is what I rented. When no van was available they gave me 2 tiny cars. We barely fits things in and were crowded for the entire week. It was completely unacceptable and I'm still quite upset. Traveling with family of 5 and vehicle I reserved 6 weeks prior not available (9 passenger reserved and no 7 passengers available). I was in line hearing this as other customers were having same issue and seemingly no cars available. My resort being 45 minutes away presented a significant problem for us and luckily another rental agency was able to come through for me (of course costing me a lot more than I reserved for). Not a great way to start a vacation.

The ladies who I spoke with on the phone lacked in professionalism. I called to ask if they offered pick/up and the lady said she would have to find out and call me back. 3 HOURS passed before I called HER back. I was informed that the 7 Mile Beach location DOES offer pick up. CLAUDIA was absolutely SPECTACULAR and provided OUTSTANDING service! The woman who checked us out was as rude as the 2 ladies I spoke with on the phone with a care-less and poorly mannered attitude. Miserable demeanor.
It would help immensely if you had maps for sale. I drove around the island for an hour before I could find my destination. It is difficult enough to come from a place where we drive on the right and then trying to find street names or address numbers on buildings. All good otherwise.
