Jeep 1- faulty rear curtain and low tire light. Agent 1’s solution; we drive to a gas station’s and pay for air hose. Agent 2 tried to help. Jeep decal said 35psi. She topped the tires to 50psi. We took the Jeep with the understanding that we’d swap the next day.
Jeep #2 I locked the tailgate and it would not unlock
Jeep 3- Tire light came on. I put air in the low one. The others were over-inflated to 45-50psi
At least keep safe psi in the tires and maintain the cars
I have rented from this location for more than five years because of good value and service.
Upon arrival, although no one was there, it took 30 min to secure the rental and that drove up our taxi cost. The vehicle was deplorable and should not be part of the vehicles that are rented. It was dirty, damaged, rusted everywhere inside. Additionally the passenger seat belt wouldn't work.

The Kia Rio we were given was a little dated but ran fine with cold AC. Would have like a little nicer vehicle for the money.

I thought I selected an SUV and got what was more akin to a mini-van. We didn't drive much at all, so it wasn't a big deal, but just one little noticeable thing.
