Long wait for pickup. Car not originally available but they did figure it out finally. Car itself ran fine, but was quite dirty (sand in it, stained seats) and had dings on all 4 corners. Rate was significantly less than Hertz tho so a case of “get what you pay for.” I’d still probably rent again as it’s just transportation while on island.

The SUV we rented was clean and well maintained. It served us very well during our visit to Grand Cayman. I always rent from Andy's.

Took over an hour to complete the vehicle pick up, and then another 15 minutes to add another driver. Wait was excessive. Your airport office lacks sufficient staff, which is apparent every time we visit the airport location. Your rental vehicles are of inconsistent quality.
