Good value and service
The woman that was working when I checked in was super friendly and helpful. She saw are snorkeling gear and gave us a map of the island, which she circled all the good places to snorkel at. She showed us where we could swim with the turtles and the blow holes were as well. She went over all the car details with me talked to me about driving on the wrong side of the road, and showed me the roundabouts and explained how they worked. I lost my debit card there and she called to let me know.

Everything about our booking was fine except the quality of the car. Original booking, interaction on picking the car up and also when dropping off was all fine. Only dis-satisfaction was the car was rather battered (damage to every panel albeit nothing serious) or various things didn't work (central locking - had to climb over seats to unlock doors, no radio (no aerial), engine sounded like was on last legs). It did the job though and rate we paid was economical but car seen much better days!
This rental was worst experience I have ever had renting a car. The car was over 10 years old, a real piece of shit. The staff would not help me out with a better car. I will never rent from Andy's again, and I visit Cayman quite often. Stay away from this rental company.
Andy’s was great. Driving on the left wasn’t as stressful as I thought it was going to be. It also helped that they had left hand drive cars! Great price for the off season rental as well!
Car was quite old and in bad shape. Had to exchange it for another vehicle in middle of week due to engine noises. Exchange was easy and prompt. Second car was in excellent condition.
Have rented from Andy’s for 20 years. The car we received was in very poor condition. It was clean, but in very poor condition. Couldn’t open gas filler door unless someone held the lever in the car and had to pry it open with the key. This is not what I would expect from any rental agency, thought it was a rent-a-wreck. We’ll be back in Grand Cayman in May of 2019 and will rent elsewhere.
I have been using Andy’s on the island for years because of great value for the money. The prices are competitive if not less than big rental agencies but the service is local.
