Absolutely great experience from booking online to front desk interaction on our arrival in Grand Cayman. We unfortunately experienced a flat tyre a few days into our holiday, but Andy's Rent a Car team couldn't have been more helpful. An agent was despatched, and we received a replacement car when there was difficulty with replacement tyre. Would highly recommend this company and hope to rent again on our next visit to the island.
My only real comment is that there was a sign in the rental office that said gas was $11.93 per gallon, when in fact, it was under $6.00 per gallon in most gas stations on the island. I didn't have to pay extra to Andy's for gas, but if they charge twice the actual price, that should be illegal.
I have rented from Andy’s several times, they are competitive in price and I have never had a problem with the car I receive

Car was pretty beat up, it worked fine but was dirty and lots of dings and scratches and rattles.
car had flatish tires when we picked it up. with 5 adults in the car it was almost riding on the rim. luckily we ere right across the street from the agency, and they were able to fill tires, but took almost 20 minutes. Otherwise everyone was professional, and thing wetn smoothly.
Good rental car company on Grand Cayman
My experience was very good with Andy's, rates were genuine and service was awesome. They picked me up from my flat for car pickup and they also dropped me at my flat again once i returned the car which i feel was a great gesture :)
