Checking in to pickup the car seemed very disorganized with the process taking much longer than in prior years.

The staff are very pleasant. My Ford SUV was a primitive model, and quite old, showing its age. The rear and 3rd row seat handles were falling off, and some of the seats could not be folded down for entry to the 3rd row. No USA rental agency would rent a vehicle in such condition.
