Our car class wasn’t available and we were given a compact car instead of economy. The overall service and convenience was great, however. Best value on the island and they beat all the big names.

The car was very good - in good condition and newer than normal, including central locking. The team were great but the collection process always takes a very long time and there seems to be a lot of manual data input required to be done by the staff members. On this occasion, there were 2 customers already being helped when I arrived, but I still had to wait 15 minutes to be served. It then took about 10-15 minutes to process my reservation. It would be great to be faster.
