Service is always pleasant, but can sometimes be slow when the line is long. Cars are older and a bit banged up, the rubber lining was unattached in the trunk and made it hard to close. But hey, it's an island, so I don't sweat it. The location is also convenient, as you can walk straight over from the airport. Improvement areas are increased staffing and newer model vehicles. Otherwise, good.

Super convenient to be able to pick up a car at the airport and drop it in East end across from my resort and to get a car close by when needed. Great staff and service.

The car was old and showed it. The seats were stained. There was a pert missing from inside of the left front door. The windshield wipers were badly worn The clerk at East End was surely did not appear to care about the wipers.

My experience with Andy’s was excellent. The staff was friendly , efficient , and help full. I had a flat a man was send immediately and fixed my flat, changed the tire and was very nice. I exchange my smaller car for a bigger one on the day before we left to accommodate 4 of us and our luggage and it was an effortless exchange. These guys are very good easy to deal with and the best price I found in Grand Cayman.

There were a lack of cars the day we arrived. They upgraded my car no charge to me. Just a long wait upon arriving to pick up car. However our plane was delayed so that could have thrown Andy's schedule off in fairness to them.
