While it is the experience was good. After my rental was completed I called the office a few days later to have the hold on my credit card removed. The staff said they were unable to assist me without a particular peice of information. I explained that I did not have that information but I could provide a myriad of other details in order to validate my transaction. The person answering was quite rude and unhelpful and that experience has marred my overall experience with Andys

This agency has a problem with its web reservation. The prices quoted on the web are much lower than in reality. There is a big sticker shock when you actually get a quote!

The absolutely most convenient rental agency at Owen Roberts Airport! Only a short walk across the parking lot. Staff are always delightful and knowledgeable. Have been renting here for over thirty years and will rent from no other agency on Cayman. Great prices too!
