They tried to put us into an economy car that would not even fit our family of 4 and luggage. Luckily I had my rental receipt showing we had paid for a mid/full size. They said we had been “downgraded” and should have been notified but obviously we were not. Ultimately, they gave us a beat up mid size car and it worked out ok, but the experience was frustrating.

The staff at Andy’s Car Rental always go over and beyond to accommodate my needs. It is especially convenient that they have 2 pick up/drop off places—at the airport and also near where I stay on 7 Mile Beach. They are my favorite car rental on the island. In 30 years I have never had a bad experience.
