I chose a Compact car on your site- but when I got there we were given a subcompact ( kia Piccanto) ? when I asked about It was told there was only one category? You website clearly has a distinction between the two.
Car and service was good. I have rented from this location often over the last 24 years and never been disappointed.

The process to rent our car took a very long time. Agent was not particularly friendly & provide really bad directions to our requested destination He gave us directions that didn't even have roads although there is only one big main highway.Not what you would expect from a local unless he was messing with us The car we rented was dirty (coffee spilled on the side) When we asked about it he said that it had rained.,clearly not cleaned. The check service light was on.Brakes noise in reverse.
Best rental experience in 10 years of renting on the island. Very happy.
It's nice that they keep track of past rentals in their computer so that you automatically qualify for a repeat renter discount.
Our experience was wonderful and the service agent was very friendly. The pickup and dropoff off the vehicle was very smooth and the location to the airport was perfect.
I have used Andy's for over 20 years. Great company.
