Rental counter was exceedingly slow. Drop off was very easy. Staff were very friendly.
Only issue was there wasn't any windshield washer fluid in the reservoir
Be careful not to return the car with sand under the floor mats, as they may charge you. They didn't charge us, but warned for future rentals. The floor mats didn't fit the car, so this is impossible to do, so would require you to vacuum the car before returning.
I have rented 4 times from Andy’s and it’s the last. Staff is miserable despite posting signs saying “ smile you’re in cayman”

Always a good experience with Andys. Been renting from them for over 12 years. Tried a couple of other companies but the value and quality did not compare. First - the rate you see is what you get. No surprises. No heavy pressure to buy the insurances. (The past you years I now buy the insurance from them for my own piece of mind). Andy's sits alone, away from the congested clutter of the competitors, a short walk from the terminal. Staff is professional and appreciate loyal customers.
For some reason it takes Andy's 30-40 minutes to process a pickup even when all of the information has been entered online. Whereas an Avis or Hertz hands you the keys and you leave, Andy's somehow redoes all the paperwork. This creates a line at the counter that is often hours long. And then the cars are generally in poor repair. We are moving on after many years. Just too hard to do business with these folks. Time to move into the 21st century!
