The vehicle was adequate.
I had some trouble with the truck release.
The desk service was good, both picking up the vehicle and dropping it off.
All was good. I don't know the age of the car, but the back wall of the trunk was rusting badly. The interior was fine and the car was fine for driving etc. It was a Kia.
Would love to be able to complete all information prior to arriving in order to get the vehicle quicker.
Our car class wasn’t available and we were given a compact car instead of economy. The overall service and convenience was great, however. Best value on the island and they beat all the big names.

The car was very good - in good condition and newer than normal, including central locking.
The team were great but the collection process always takes a very long time and there seems to be a lot of manual data input required to be done by the staff members. On this occasion, there were 2 customers already being helped when I arrived, but I still had to wait 15 minutes to be served. It then took about 10-15 minutes to process my reservation. It would be great to be faster.
The car was not in great condition - scratches and dents, loose trim, but it did the job.
I come to Grand Cayman yearly and always get my rental car from Andy’s-professional,helpful and a great price!! Would definitely recommend Andy’s!!
We have rented from Andy’s many times and always had a great experience. The best improvement would be to speed up the Checkin process.
