The staff was very friendly and we had no issues with the vehicle or our experience with Andy's. We have been renting vehicles from them for well over 20 years!!!
everything went well. We picked the car up at our resort and returned it to the airport. thank you for the great service.
We got a flat tire while on the island and I called Andy’s and they had someone out to help within 20 minutes. Kind and helpful . We had changed the flat but the spare was low on air - the man from Andy’s made sure the tire was on safely, filled it with air. Took damaged tire back to Andy’s and brought a replacement the next day. Good communication with office as well

Staff are very customer focused . However I would suggest more agents at the desk to handle many customers arriving at same time and having just one agent run and get the car rentals instead of every agent.

Car wasn't available so was given one size up but mistakenly uncharted for it. Manager fixed it when returning the car. Friendly service. Easy return.
Charged double for a slightly damp drivers seat when hubby sat down with a very slightly damp shorts. The agent totally exaggerated the dampness and she had cotton jeans without any evidence of dampness. Car was tiny, couldn’t roll down the passenger side window, only controlled by driver and the most basic car I have ever rented. $175 USD for a few hours. Feeling ripped off in Grand Cayman! Ruined our experience there. Wouldn’t go back
