More help needed at the counter at busy time, should always have two employees.
I’ve rented from Andy’s before and would definitely do so again. I really don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. Renting and buying local is always the way to go.

The only thing wrong with Andy’s is how long it takes to process the paperwork. you have all the information from our reservation. Why does it take you 20 minutes when Hertz in the U.S. lets you drive out without any additional paperwork? You need to look at your automation processes.

Brilliant service
Loved the convenience of the Airport location. We were pleasantly greeted and attended to quickly. After driving the car for a couple of days we weren't satisfied with the air conditioning. We took it in to the Seven Mile location and he changed the car to a newer car with a much better air conditioning. The car was perfect for experiencing the island. Great service! Would definitely rent with Andy's again and refer to friends.
