The agents were fine and I got my car as promised…..but it was a beat up old clunker. Kinda embarrassing to drive. It made it throughout the week and the price was good. They had a choice to give me something better and didn’t. Good grief the front fender was falling off and the agent just pushed it back on. Thought i might be getting filmed for Saturday Night Live. This is not the way you treat returning customers.
Great value, friendly staff! Car interior had some significant imperfections but it ran well and the a/c was super cold!
Rude employee when checking out. Car was in poor condition. No fluid for wipers. Poor air conditioning. No radio no clock very unhappy with rental from Andy. Will choose another company when returning in 3 weeks.
Our car was very basic and cosmetically in very bad condition.
To extend your weekly rate for a few hours was almost $100. It would be helpful, if you build on a calendar day versus a 24 hour. Or allowed a little extra time if you rented for the week. Super long line and wait when we arrived at the airport.

We always rent from Andy's while in Grand Cayman and have always been satisfied.
The van was spacious for all of us, however the dome light was burned out, so no interior lights making it difficult to unbuckled the little ones. The wiper blades needed replacing.
It could have been cleaner & the tires were almost bald causing it to shutter at 50mph. Basic maintenance would improve safety & overall satisfaction
