They canceled my reservation the same day because my shuttle was late. Never picked up a car. Customer service was horrible.
Received confirmation.
Arrived at airport.
Called Americars.
Never heard of us.
No rental for us.
Had to find another rental car (Taylor Swift was playing in town)

The ENTIRE PROCESS was difficult aside from them taking my money - they did that with ease. First of all, it is unclear of how to get to the lot to pick your car up. You have to UBER to their location from the airport - that was $40. Then upon arrival, it becomes apparent that my reservation was not honored whatsoever. I scheduled the pick up for August 31st just after midnight, NOBODY WAS THERE TO GIVE ME THE CAR. The nice man at the parking lot across the street called Emir - who was no help.
Everything was smooth and the staff was excellent.
The problems never ended with this company. There were extra charges for everything, wouldn't except my insurance, and wouldn't split payment. This was the worst car rental experience that I've ever had.
Honestly speaking will never rent from this company ever again
