My husband picked up our rental while I was on a separate flight and landing 30 min after. He did not have the declarations page on him but as soon as I landed (30 min after him picking up the car) I emailed and called the company. No one ever responded to either message and they still charged us $100 for insurance that was not needed. The person helping my husband was zero help nor knowledgeable.

Worker at location lied to me and told me I couldn’t rent the car unless I purchased the insurance from him. I had insurance through my own company. Absolutely terrible customer service and what he did was illegal. I will be pursuing legal action to recover the money the company stole from me.

You promptly charged $2500.00 to my credit card but it takes 5 days, possibly more, to take it off. That needs to be shortened. I had to pay interest on that amount.

1. Waited over an 1 1/2 before someone appeared at agency that could rent car. 2. Was charged a Senior Free of $150.00 that had never been mentioned till very end . 3. Did not recognize USAA as a major insurance. 4. Tried to return car a day early because Even though they told me they were open 24 hours, I was afraid they would be closed at 6 am. So on Wednesday at 2:30 pm tried to return car. Office locked . Waited one hour no 2 hours no one came to office . Had filled car with gas. 5. Re

The additional charge for insurance at pick up is ridiculous. You have very low ethics to add on such a large charge at pick up. It wasn't clear at all. Then there is no cancellation available, even if it was a 20% cancellation rate I wouldve done it. Your staff is wonderful and kind, but you're doing them no favors with this policy of charge 2x the amount for insurance when picking up the car.
