The Staff was the less courteous and helpful ever, the manager (day 19/08/2010) this person don´t know nothing about customer service. I never will recomend this rent a car and sincerly was a nightmare to deal with this person
Nobody showed up as promised, they were very nice, but obviously too busy.The car was in poor , almost unsafe condition, not the one promised , nor the same class, rate was nowhere near what was on the reservation., Never again...
