Awful, hide fees, and illegal charge for tolls because “all our cars have toll stickers” we cannot cancel or take out the toll fees. Also, we wait 50 min because the lady at front was “delivering a vehicle 5
Minutes away” and she arrived with a wet hair and asking for delivery car option and they don’t offer that service!
They made us wait outside in the freezing cold with our infant daughter and we weren’t allowed inside. Then after an hour and a half they let only me inside and told me they didn’t even have the car we’d rented. It was the worst experience renting a car I’ve ever had. The only good thing was the driver who was so polite and kind about the situation, he was the only person who apologized for the inconvenience and did his best to warm the car up for the baby on the way back to the airport.
The car had quite a bit of damage and didn't accept that we had insurance and would have put a hold of over $20000 on card so felt like had no choice but to take insurance which was over twice what car rental was for. Also when I did search said only a few blocks from ferry and it was over 12 plus blocks.
The agency didn’t honor my booking!
Surprise charges. Scam. Terrible service
Forced to take insurance from the car rental company and they would not honor the insurance that I provided. Gave an upgrade from small car to SUV, but the car was an old one with lots of minor damages, and cracked windshield. The reverse camera would not switch off after changing from reverse to drive mode. I literally had to put it into park, and then put it into drive to get going. They provided us with an empty tank and requested to provide the car back with empty tank, which is ridiculous.
Very bad service; they asked me to sign a contract that was blank, and the Bluetooth did not work. when we arrive they were not waiting for me. Therefore, I cancelled the contract.
Great just have to be aware that insurance isn’t accepted from third parties have to purchase insurance in DR
The car i had reserved was available, but my reservation agreement wasn't honored. I had a reservation for a car priced around $220 dollars. When i areived at the counter the agent said that it wasn't valid because i didn't have the proper insurance and said it would cost me over $800 dollars to rent the car and i told him to cancel it if he couldn't honor the previously made reservation and he did. I would not refer it to any one!
Insurance was double what the cost for the rental was. Absolutely ridiculous!
