This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. We had reserved a vehicle and cost was to be $288.00 us. when we got there we were told that we had to take the insurance because they didn't honor Canadian insurance policies so it didn't matter that we had a rider on our current policy to cover rental cars. This would also be a problem for US residents since there were only 6 companies approx that they would honor. What was to be $288.00 us turned out to be $1139.00 us we had no option

Their customer service was very poor. I paid online and they found every single at imaginable to charge me more money. They made up a case that claimed I damaged the car. Very horrible experience

I would not recommend them. The booking said the vehicle pick up was in the terminal. That plus the price was why we chose the company. No counter in the terminal and no instructions on where to pick up the car. We finally found shuttle then a long wait in line to get vehicle. After a lot of upselling our rental ended up being $348 instead of the $108 we were quoted. Vehicle was adequate but horn didn't work, seat was stained and windshield wipers also didn't work. I won't use them again.

I booked this vehicle for 9am this past Saturday morning. My flight was scheduled to land at 9:30. When I landed I looked for the rental car place and I wasn't able to find it. I called the agency at approximately 10am and they told me I was too late. It was a huge inconvenience and it was something that caused me to be late for an important meeting. I can't believe that you would do that to one of your customers.

I specifically filter out all our of airport rentacar agency in Kayak and you show up as in-airport. When arrive there is no instruction how to get to car, only an address outside the airport and a phone number nobody answer. I asked everybody if there is a shutter and nobody knows. I decided to rent another car there. Terrible service. I will post in internet this awful situation.

It was a total bait and switch scam. It didn’t help that the guy at the counter barely spoke English but the real problem was they never intended on honoring the rate and wouldn’t accept State Farm or USAA insurance. Total scam. I would rather walk on my hands than rent a car from this fly by night company.
