They did not honor the rate and tried to charge me an extra $430. They were unapologetic about it and extremely unprofessional. They took me back to the airport where there were no cars available, so o had to uber everywhere

Terrible experience 1. I rented this car because it said “in terminal” when in fact it is offsite 2. The contact number given in the email doesn’t work 3. The address is wrong - it is next door 4. The actually rate was far higher ($250+) than listed online (130+) 5. The car was in n a separate parking lot and I was walked through mud to get there 6. When I arrived to Miami, the car rental agency was no where to be found. The email confirmation of the reservation provided two non-working numbers and no email address. The company name wasn’t listed on the board for off airport rental agencies . flying from Africa with two young kids and being stuck for a few additional hours while we made alternate plans really sucked. I cannot stress how disappointed we are.

One of the worst rental companies I have ever seen. Too many hidden fees. My total cost was at least four times than the original price. I called them a day earlier to let them know about my flight delay and they assured me that it would fine. Yet they closed and I was forced to take Uber

The only good part of my experience was that the person who picked me up was very kind. The car I received was the one I expected, but it had so much air freshener that the smell was extremely strong and it actually caused nausea. The rest of the experience was very disappointing. The charges were confusing and not clearly explained, and the security deposit took longer than expected to be released. Overall, the process was stressful and unprofessional. This rental was a nightmare. Lights pointed down at the ground so it made it very difficult to see. I hit a pothole due to poor visibility of the lights and got a flat tire. Paid for an Uber back to my hotel, paid to put the spare and replacement tire. Very time consuming and expensive. Then another day the car wouldn’t start. Had to Uber back to my hotel again and back to the car the next day to meet someone to check the battery. No compensation and couldn’t reach anyone for support.
