Exellent service
It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Instead of selling us their insurance, they told us cheaper and better ways to enroll into our American Express rental program. This was quite unusual as many businesses try to maximize their profits instead of trying to help their customers save money.
They are always professional and helpful. I would definitely use again and recommend.
I could not have been more pleased with the service, the communication of rental detail, quality of the vehicle, location of the business, and the price/value of the rental vehicle. There would be no need for me or my organization to look elsewhere to fulfill a similar need.
This agency's website claims to have a location near New Jersey Penn Station, which they don't. I discovered it after I paid for the rental. We had to wait for some one to pick us up for over 30 minutes, then he drove us to their actual location--another 20 minutes wasted, so we lost at least 50 minutes. To drop off the car, I had to get up really early, drive the car to their location, and ask for the lift to NJ Penn again. The car was slightly unclean, and smelled of cigarettes.
