Everything was perfect, good car , good staff . I recommend this place
I reserved vehicle online. Then I called a week before pickup and spoke to Jonita, she was very polite and a pleasure to speak; she added insurance and extra drivers on my policy give me exact price and directions to place. I got there and dealt with her personally, it was my pleasure to deal with her departing and returning vehicle. The plus was I was able to safely leave my vehicle there until I return. I will without a doubt use Value Van again.
Manny was my rep and he was fantastic! He was professional, through and answered all my questions. I would recommend him and Value Van & Car Rental to anyone looking for a large van.
I have used Value Van and Car Rental 3 times now and have always had a great experience. Their staff is very friendly and their cars and vans are top notch. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be returning to rent another vehicle for our next family vacation.

The only issue I had was the miscommunication. I called Saturday to make sure the van was going to be available and I was told it would not. I ended up waiting to receive an email saying it wasnt avaiable but I never did. I called back and they said my reservation was now completed. I was happy I didnt book anything separately but didnt appreciate the miscommunication.
