Van was extremely dirty inside with stains on all the seats. Parts were missing or broke. Van needed a horrible alignment and wheel balance during highway driving steering wheel soak like crazy. Hours are not early enough. People working there were not very friendly at all.
When i got to Newark new jersey i called when i got off the plane because i was told someone was going to pick us up. When i called i was told i had not reservation after i had just spoke to someone a week before the trip. i kept being told that someone was coming in 30 mins as the African american lady was on the phone yelling at me someone finally showed up and when they did they looked unprofessional and the car smelt like smoke got the car it had a huge dent in it like it had been wrecked
Horrible from the moment I got there. Had wrong van and then told me they had nothing available. Was not until I refused to leave and threatened to sue them were they able to find me the correct van. They had called me 2 weeks prior to the pick up saying they were unable to give me the vehicle that I had put a deposit on and had a contract for, but after I threatened them then, they insisted they had found me another vehicle, sent me a new contract assuring me that everything was settled.

2nd time renting. We rented a large 15 psgr. Van. 15,000 miles this vehicle needed a heavy cleaning. Carpet cleaner odors and dirty windows9

If I was picked up, my experience would be SUPERB! The staff was nice, friendly & courteous! I was greeted with a smile. I felt comfortable during my business transaction. I already recommended this company & gave out some business cards. Business went SMOOTHLY!!EASY AS 1,2,3!! THANK VALUE VAN & CAR RENTAL!

I would like to have more precise information when doing the reservation on line. There was some information not displayed on the website such the amount of money per additional driver. In general terms, everything was good!!!
