PLEASE BELIEVE!! I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I was driven the the rental spot from the Bronx, NewYork. PLEASE forgive me for the "POOR" rating. If I was picked up, my experience would be SUPERB! The staff was nice, friendly & courteous! I was greeted with a smile. I felt comfortable during my business transaction. I already recommended this company & gave out some business cards. Business went SMOOTHLY!!EASY AS 1,2,3!! THANK VALUE VAN & CAR RENTAL!

I would like to have more precise information when doing the reservation on line. There was some information not displayed on the website such the amount of money per additional driver. In general terms, everything was good!!!
Im no satisfied with vehicle.
Rented a 15 passenger van for our family vacation to Florida, should have rented a luxury van instead. The ride was very uncomfortable, nothing to do with the van, we just didn't choose wisely. Next time we will definitely rent the luxury van!
