The staff at Park n jet where I picked up the vehicle was not knowledgeable and the staff at affordable car rental where I dropped the car off was on the phone for the first 10 minutes I was there on what seemed like a personal business call.

They seemed to have lost our reservation. We had reserved a small car, and were given a large SUV as a "free upgrade" -- but an SUV is not an upgrade if you would rather have a small car.

Everyone that traveled from Payson to Ogden for 3 days had a great time! We appreciated that we were able to have found a suitable vehicle!
