Very friendly staff and understanding and patient when my credit card didn't go through because I was making an out of state purchase.

The service was great. We were especially pleased that we were able to select a different car than what was initially offered, at no additional cost. We also did not feel pressure to upgrade or add unnecessary extras. My toddler son had thrown up as we were returning the car. Staff members were extremely helpful in getting us what we needed to clean him up.

The Kia Rio that I rented in SLC Utah didn't have cruise control. The tires were also worn, thankfully there was no rain or snowy conditions for the drive. The car drove fine besides those two drawbacks. I would rent from Affordable again.

Rental pickup and drop-off is by appointment only. Tried to drop car a day early at 3pm on Friday and no one was there. So, I dropped off the car on Friday at the Park n Jet location. I haven't received a receipt or heard that they have processed the car.
