Did not think this thru when I booked. Maybe saved a bit however if I ran into car problems I would have had to return the car back in Salt Lake, 3 hours away. No other options. I was given an upgrade of a bigger car because it was all that was available. I did not want a bigger car. USB port did not support my phone charger & no bluetooth.

Rented "After business hours" so I had to accept the car in the dark. Impossible to inspect, but was expected to sign off that the vehicle was in good condition. I noticed that the right front fender had been WRECKED! Not a ding but the bumper cover was flapping in the wind! No one available to report this too because it was "after hours". Even though I paid a $30.00 premium for this service. I expected to rent a car that was not wrecked upon pick up.....

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The car was a bit beat up, but it was no problem. I appreciated the ease of the process, including returning the car to a secondary location on a Sunday (when the office was closed).

Although the pick up system and drop off worked fine, it was a bit unsettling to not be able to talk to a person when getting the car. This is only with regard to making sure the car is inspected beforehand and after. We left the car as we got it, but no one could verify that. Otherwise all was fine. Thanks.

Price was lower than competing companies but I wish I'd spent more money elsewhere. Customer service was not responsive, the car was dirty when we picked it up, and they did not give us a key fob. I had to call them three times to get answers to my questions, and they did not respond to my voicemail. I will not rent from this agency again.

We were picked up in the car that we were renting, which was very convenient since we are traveling with a child and it was better to only install the car seat once.
