They were incredibly friendly and courteous and made it super easy, even outside of their business hours. My car had low oil, which is why I couldn’t give it a perfect score, but I would definitely recommend this company to others looking to rent. I had a great experience!

Overall, it was a good experience. Would have been nice if the vehicle had cruise control, if it was clearly explained that the rental location was off the airport, and that there would be a $200 security deposit *BEFORE* we arrived in Salt Lake City.

This is the third time I have used this agency and have been well pleased each time. Their vehicles have been exceptional and the staff has been great to work with. Did not think this thru when I booked. Maybe saved a bit however if I ran into car problems I would have had to return the car back in Salt Lake, 3 hours away. No other options. I was given an upgrade of a bigger car because it was all that was available. I did not want a bigger car. USB port did not support my phone charger & no bluetooth.

Rented "After business hours" so I had to accept the car in the dark. Impossible to inspect, but was expected to sign off that the vehicle was in good condition. I noticed that the right front fender had been WRECKED! Not a ding but the bumper cover was flapping in the wind! No one available to report this too because it was "after hours". Even though I paid a $30.00 premium for this service. I expected to rent a car that was not wrecked upon pick up.....
